The home was originally built in Garden City in the early 1900s. In the 1920s it was rebuilt at the current location. A few of the ceilings have the hardwood that was originally on the floor when in GC. Upstairs is rumored to have Franklin's first walk-in shower. Located in the historic district right off of Main Street.
